The main difference is that you’ll be doing the installation yourself (or arranging your own local help), rather than having our crew on the ground. It’s a great option for those who are happy to roll up their sleeves once they’ve got a solid plan to work from.

Yes – if you’re in NZ, we can work with you. Design-wise, we’ve got the whole country covered. For plant and planter supply, shipping availability may vary depending on your location, but we’ll be upfront about that during your free consultation.

This service is designed for smaller, straightforward spaces under 150sqm. If your space is larger or more complex, it may be better suited to an in-person service – but book a free chat and we’ll give you an honest answer either way.

Absolutely. We offer virtual design packages for balconies and planter setups, as well as courtyards, patios, and pocket gardens. Not sure which category your space falls into? That’s what the free consultation is for.

It’s pretty straightforward. First, book a free 30-minute video consultation – we’ll get to know your space, your style, and your budget, and give you a quote for the design. If you’re happy to go ahead, you’ll send us your photos and measurements. We’ll review everything, confirm the project is a good fit for the virtual service, and get to work on your design. Once it’s ready, we’ll walk you through it on a video call and make any final tweaks. Easy.

Photos of your space from multiple angles, plus basic measurements. Don’t stress about making it perfect – your phone camera is absolutely fine. After your consultation we’ll send you a simple checklist so you know exactly what we need and how to send it through.

Once we’ve received your photos and measurements and confirmed the project is a good fit, most designs are turned around within two to three weeks. We’ll give you a more specific timeframe during your consultation.

Yes – we build a revision round into every package. We’ll present your design on a video call and you’ll have the chance to give feedback before we finalise anything. We want you to love it.

We keep our pricing straightforward. Every package starts from a base rate, and during your consultation we’ll work out exactly which deliverables make sense for your space – whether that’s moodboards, a plant and pot list, 2D plans, detailed builders plans or full 3D renders. You only pay for what you actually need.

In most cases, yes. Once your design is finalised we can put together a supply quote and arrange delivery to your door. Availability may vary depending on your location – we’ll confirm this during your consultation.
