Got Questions?

You might find the answer here! But if you can’t be bothered reading through it, why not give us a call on 0800 248 926 – we’re happy to chat.

Small is our sweet spot, but we also take on larger projects where clients want a more thoughtful, curated design approach.

Absolutely. We love balconies and courtyards – they’re blank canvases just waiting for clever planting, beautiful planters, and smart design touches.

Yes. If they suit the design and still have plenty of life in them, we’ll happily work them in. Sometimes a refresh or reshuffle is all that’s needed.

We start with a consultation to understand your space, lifestyle, and style. Then we create a design tailored to you. Once you’re happy, we handle sourcing and installation so you can simply enjoy the end result.

Yes, there’s a consultation fee. The cost of the consultation covers travel time and up to one hour on site with a qualified and experienced designer who will give you personalised advice for your space. Alternatively, we do offer a free 30 minute online consultation if you would like to discuss your project first.

Every space (and wishlist) is different. As a guide, the average cost per square meter is around $250-300 across the entire space. If more construction is required like decking and fences, then costs can creep up to as much as $600+  per square meter across your entire space. We’ll always provide a clear quote before work begins – no surprises.

For the supply of pots, plants, potting mix, labour and deliveries, the average cost of installing pots & plants is approximately $550 per square meter. If large planters and mature trees and irrigation are required, costs can quickly rise to around $2,300 per square meter

Timeframes vary depending on the size of your project and the time of year, but generally, the full process takes anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months.

After your initial consultation, it usually takes a couple of weeks to book your site assessment with our design team. A simple design can be completed in about a week, while a comprehensive, full-yard design may take up to four weeks.

Once your design is finalised, we allow 2–3 weeks to source plants, planters, and materials. Our installation schedule typically runs on a 2–4 week lead time in the quieter months and 4–10 weeks during peak season (September to December).

If you’re aiming for a summer-ready garden, it’s best to start the process early – after all, summer gardens are made in winter!

Yes. After the consultation and design phase, we’ll provide a detailed quote so you know exactly what’s included.

We offer a free online consultation, during which we can provide a quote for the design process and outline the likely costs involved in bringing your project to life.

In some cases – where your needs are simple, such as just a few pots and plants with no design work or site visits – we can also provide a free quote for supply only.

Because we’re a design-led service, we don’t offer free quotes for broader garden work such as hardscaping, planting, or construction. Our quoting process forms part of our design service, ensuring that every project is thoughtfully planned and delivers the best possible results.

Yes, we can – however, some preliminary work is still required before we can provide a quote. This includes reviewing your plans, assessing the site, and transferring the details into our design and quoting software.

When we haven’t been involved in the original design process, we need to confirm that the plans are practical and appropriate for your site, since our installation team is responsible for bringing them to life.

You can expect this preparation to take between 3 and 6 hours, charged at our standard hourly service rate.

Most small-space projects don’t require consent. If yours does (for example, fencing height restrictions), we’ll let you know early in the design process. Consent applications aren’t included in our standard design fee, but we can assist if needed and charge our hourly design rate for this work.

Yes, we can design and install irrigation systems, depending on the site. We often include outdoor lighting in our designs to make spaces usable day and night, but electrical work must be completed by a qualified electrician.

We handle design, sourcing, and installation of pots, plants, garden beds, and most hardscape elements like paving and pathways. We don’t build decks, fences, or carry out electrical work, but we can coordinate contractors on your behalf at our standard hourly service rate.

Yesterday! We plant year-round, though care is needed during the hottest months (typically January–February). Consistent watering during the first 8 weeks is crucial for plant establishment. Some plants may be added later depending on seasonal availability.

Yes. We can set up regular maintenance or one-off visits, depending on how much help you’d like.

We stand by our work. If a plant fails in the first eight weeks, we’ll replace it. After that, we’ll give you guidance (or maintenance support) to keep everything thriving.

Yes. You’ll get a custom care guide tailored to your garden so that you can use as a reference to undertake the most important tasks.
