Before: A sun-drenched but exposed balcony. Bright, open… and very on display. 

After: We introduced a layered mix of trough and round planters to bring structure, texture, and life into the space. The planting palette combines lush foliage with varied leaf shapes to create depth and visual interest from every angle.

Tall, carefully selected trees were woven through the layout to screen neighbouring balconies without blocking too much sun or interrupting the outlook. The result is privacy that feels natural, not boxed in.

The result? A green, city-proofed balcony that still feels light and open. A space that works with the sun, not against it, and finally feels like somewhere you’d want to linger.
